Open the pouch, take the film out and put it on your tongue. Allow the film to dissolve completely, without chewing or swallowing it whole.

For adults, take one (1) film twenty minutes before bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Do not take more than one (1) film per day.

After opening the pouch, the film must be consumed immediately. Do not take together with other product containing Melatonin. Consult your healthcare professional prior to use if you are taking medications, pregnant or breast-feeding. Keep out of reach of children.
